Behind the scenes - L’Oreal Colour Trophy.
This time I was commissioned by Craig Duncan Hair in Perth, Scotland to create a collection of images that they can submit for 2020 L’Oreal Colour Trophy competition.
Personally I love this kind of photoshoots. You get hired by your style and you have creative freedom. When working with Craig you know you are there to create.

It is amazing how changing your position towards the sun light and by adding a bit of styling and by adding some directions can make such impact on the final look.
Shot with available light from behind me. I have used overcast day (Sun) as a massive soft box. There was a light coming up from the back acted like a back rim light - I have added light in the top left corner in the post production as well…
